groups listed below are open to children's writers of all
levels. Bring several copies of your manuscript (up to
five pages) and join us! If you have never participated in
a group –
feel free to sit in for a session or two. Round out
your characters, round out your plot, round out your
social life—

What: Interested members will do exercises from a chosen book to polish their craft. First 2008 book is Writing Tools: 50 Essential Strategies for Every Writer (Roy Clark, Little Brown, 2006). Members must get their own copy of the book. New members can join the workshop at any time.
